My transfer is asking for "Authorization Information." What is this?

This request indicates that your domain name transfer requires special approval from your current registrar. This may happen if your transfer request violates certain requirements of your current registration.

In our experience, this request is most commonly caused by a premature transfer request -- a transfer that violates a 60-day or other minimum registration period. In this instance, simply wait for the blackout period to end and then resubmit your transfer request. In the meantime, use that registrar's domain management tools and/or support services to specify Circa's name servers. This will allow the domain name to function properly with your Circa-hosted web site during the blackout period.
