Accidental Overcharges
Any overcharges resulting from our negligence and reported to us within 30 days will be credited to your account or, at your request, refunded directly to the appropriate credit card. After 30 days, overcharges will result in an account credit or, if accounts have been closed, a refund check mailed to the respective billing contact.
Early Cancellation
Upon request, Circa 3000 may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds for services cancelled prior to their respective termination dates. Any such refunds will be calculated and awarded in whole-month increments, rounding down, and a refund check mailed to the respective billing contact. |
