Circa 3000 supports ColdFusion's CFFILE, CFDIRECTORY and CFCONTENT tags.

For security reasons, these tags are not supported by certain entry-level hosting accounts. Those accounts employ the less-expensive ColdFusion Professional Server (rather than ColdFusion Enterprise Server) which does not allow secure use of these tags.
